Whether you’re delivering high quality care and an excellent experience for the people who use our services, or working in our corporate offices to support the vital work our clinical teams do, we’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated people who want to make a difference.
We’re a fast-growing provider of health and care services both on behalf of the NHS and local authorities and through our Health and Wellbeing Clinics and we’re always on the lookout for talented, dedicated people to join our team.
We know that our business is all about people: the people who make up our team, the people who rely on us for support and care, and the communities we serve; so we invest in our people and their ideas.
We’re making a positive difference to people’s lives all over England, not just getting people well but supporting them to stay well and achieve their goals.
If you believe in doing things differently, delivering high quality care and delivering a good experience then we can’t wait to meet you.
Take a look at what our colleagues had to say when we asked them what working in Virgin Care is like in the videos to the right…
Or, you can read some of our feel the difference case studies from our services, including:
- A better waiting experience for children at Woking Community Hospital
- MSK patients in Chorley better informed with virtual receptionist
- Pioneering infant feeding clinic opening in Exeter
- Improving services for homeless women in Coventry
- Reducing eating disorder admissions and referrals in Devon
We know that for most people in health and care, supporting and helping people to stay independent and well is a reward in itself but alongside the competitive salary we pay (you’ll find details on each job advert), we also offer a range of other benefits.
As one of the 60,000-strong worldwide Virgin Family, you’ll benefit from the Virgin Tribe membership with up to 40% off train travel, discounts on products from other Virgin companies as well as money-can’t-buy offers and experiences.
You’ll also benefit from access to a pension, ongoing training and development through our in-house training company The Learning Enterprise and, depending on your role, access to state-of-the-art technology.
We operate a ‘bank’ of staff in each area where we deliver services, like other health providers. Our bank staff can chose when and how often they work – and there’s no minimum commitment.
We’re working on launching a national bank solution right now, but in the meantime please speak with a service manager in one of our local services about joining our bank. Once you have, you’ll find the application forms for bank roles we currently have open on our ‘job search’.
Virgin Care has an awesome team of in-house recruiters who look after all of our clinical and corporate recruitment. With an in-depth knowledge of our company culture, our Resourcing team really know the kind of candidate we look for. That said, occasionally we do need external help with a role and at that point we will partner with trusted agencies with whom we have an existing relationship and who understand our culture and ethos. But please note, we will not accept any unsolicited CVs.
