The Care Quality Commission has published a report saying that Reading Walk In Health Centre provides an effective service, is listening to patient feedback from patients and is making improvements to the service based on what they say, after inspectors visited unannounced and found the service was meeting all required standards, and just 1% of patients were saying they were dissatisfied with the service.
