What makes you get up in the morning?

I am a committed person with good work ethics. I do not want to let my patients, or my team, down by not attending work.  I have a good team leader and team which makes all the difference to my work life.  I also like to set a good example for my two daughters.

What would you say to someone considering a role at Virgin Care?

Go for it! We are still an NHS provider and so we are still committed to excellent patient care. The Virgin Care slogan ‘care good enough for our own families’ is a good statement to base your conduct on. Not forgetting the excellent discounts on Virgin companies!
