How has your role developed since you joined us?
My role has developed in the short time I have been here. My management team has been proactive in identifying my previous experiences and utilised my skills and potential. This has helped me integrate in my new role, as I have been able to work on projects that are in my comfort zone whilst dealing with the newbie challenges we all face.
