This service is for adults over the age of 18 who are registered with a GP in Bath and North East Somerset and who are living with a long term neurological condition.
We provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatment in an outpatient clinic environment.

How do I access this service?
This service is available by appointment only. Following a referral from your GP or other health care professional, you will be invited to attend the outpatient clinic department at St Martin’s Hospital. Your appointment letter will inform you of whom you are seeing.
