Accessing your records
From 31 March this service is no longer provided by Virgin Care and has transferred to a new provider: Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust.
For patients considered ‘active’, medical records will have been transferred to the new provider (insert provider name), so to access your records please contact their Information Governance Team.
For patients considered ‘inactive’, Virgin Care will have retained medical records relating to your visits while we provided the service. If you would like to see copies of these, you will need to contact our Information Governance Team.
Making a complaint
As always, the speediest way to resolve a complaint may be to speak to the people involved in your care but if your complaint related to the service provided to you before 31 March then please contact our Customer Services Team on 0300 303 9509.
If your complaint relates to service after 31 March then you should contact Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust on 020 3214 5700.
